We know that undertaking the process of designing and constructing a new home or even renovating an existing home can be a time consuming, emotional yet very gratifying so we are here to help. Throughout the process, we will advise the client on the design, construction, coordination, and communications required to ensure a successful project. Our first step will be to establish the project program requirements, goals, expectations, and priorities.
With this information, we will prepare design studies for Owner review and make any requested changes. Once a design has been approved, we start the construction documentation process where we develop working drawings and specifications that will detail the requirements necessary to bid, permit, and build the project. During the construction process, KJF Studio will be the Owner’s representative to review the construction and that the work is being performed according to the contract documents. We will review all contractor questions and requests for information and issue clarifications to the team. At the end, we will participate in a Final Walk-Throu
