Our first step is to establish project goals, requirements, and priorities for a successful outcome. 

 Using this information, we create design options for the owner's review and revisions. Once approved, we develop detailed construction documents for bidding, permitting, and building. During this phase, we coordinate all disciplines to ensure unified system integration. 

 During construction, KJF Studio serves as the owner’s representative, verifying all work aligns with the contract documents. We review contractor questions, provide clarifications, and oversee the final walk-through to ensure a smooth transition from concept to completion.
